Who we are

QuoteBill is a free online invoice and quote generator, operated under the name QuoteBill. You can reach us at info@quotebill.app.

Your documents stay on your device

The invoices, quotes and details you enter are generated and saved locally in your browser (local storage). They are not sent to or stored on our servers. If you clear your browser storage, they are gone.

Data we process

Contact form: if you write to us, we process your name, email and message solely to reply. The message is delivered to us by email through our provider Brevo.

Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous usage (e.g. page views). It does not identify you.

Server logs: our host may keep standard technical logs (e.g. IP address) for security and reliability.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The app uses your browser's local storage to keep your documents and preferences on your device. Our analytics is cookieless.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We rely on a few processors only to run the service: Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics) and Brevo (delivering the contact email). They process data on our behalf under their own safeguards.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Because your documents live only in your browser, you control them directly. For anything else, email info@quotebill.app.

Data retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Documents you create persist in your browser until you delete them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
