The service
QuoteBill is a free tool to create invoices and quotes and download them as PDF, with optional structured e-invoice (XML) export. Documents are generated in your browser.
Not professional advice
QuoteBill provides general information and document templates, not legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for making sure your documents meet the requirements that apply to you. Always confirm with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for using the documents you create lawfully.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe anyone's rights, or to abuse the contact form, our email provider or our infrastructure (including automated or excessive requests).
Availability and "as is"
The free service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteBill will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service or the documents created with it.
Intellectual property
The QuoteBill name, website and software are protected and remain ours. The documents you create with the tool are yours.
